Brazilian Mushrooms - How to fight cancer

In modern medical research, mushrooms contain interferon-inducing agents that induce the production of interferons, and have immune and anti-cancer effects. Japanese scientists extracted a polysaccharide PS-K from mushrooms, which has an anti-cancer effect. Ethanol extracts of mushrooms can reduce blood glucose, and their culture fluids have inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella typhi.

The resulting acidic polysaccharides have inhibitory effects on mouse adenocarcinoma and S-180 sarcoma. Since the 1980s, Japanese scientists have actively studied the composition and efficacy of Brazilian mushrooms (Agaricus blazei). Prof. Ito of Mizuno University has published a paper entitled "Compression of Tumors in Brazil Agaricus." The famous University of Tokyo, Dr. Shoji Shibata, compared more than a dozen mushrooms with curative effects, including common ganoderma lucidum, to prove that the efficacy of other mushrooms is far less than Brazilian mushrooms (Agaricus blazei). Why is there such a big difference?
